1、ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3,ZCuSn5Zn5Pb5—–usually used to make wearing-resistant parts such as sleeve,bearing and turbine which work in medium load and rotation condition.
2、ZCuSn10P1——phosphorus bronze with high hardness and abrasive resistance. It can be used to make metal parts which can stand high load,high speed and high temperature such as gears and turbine.
3、ZCuAl9Mn2,ZCuAl9Fe4——aluminium bronze with high resolution and stable chemical performance. It is usually used to make valve,turbine,nuts and fittings,.
4、ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3 —–high strength aluminium bronze characterized with high strength ,hardness,wearing resistance,and good anti-corrosion property so widely used to cast into parts of heavy machinery.
5、ZCuSn10P1 —–has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, is not prone to seizure, has good casting performance and cutting performance, and has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. It can be used for wear-resistant parts working under high load (below 20Mpa) and high sliding speed (8m/s), such as connecting rods, bushings, bearings, gears, worm gears, etc.
6、ZCuSn10Pb5—– is corrosion resistant, especially for dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and fatty acid. Structural materials, corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant accessories, and crusher bushings and bearings
7、ZCuPb10Sn10 —–has good lubricity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for bimetal casting materials. Bearings for vehicles, bimetallic bushes for internal combustion engines with a peak load of 100Mpa, as well as piston pin sleeves, friction plates, etc.
8、ZCuPb15Sn8 —–has good sliding and self-lubricating performance, easy cutting, poor casting performance, and good corrosion resistance to dilute sulfuric acid under the condition of lack of lubricant and water-based lubricant. Bearings with high surface pressure and side pressure can be used to manufacture copper cooling pipes for cold rolling mills, parts with impact resistance up to 50Mpa, bimetallic bearings for internal combustion engines, mainly used for piston pin sleeves with a maximum load of 70Mpa, and acid-resistant parts .
9、ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2 —–has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, and good cutting performance. General purpose structural parts, simple castings used in ships, instruments, etc., such as sleeves, bushings, bearings, sliders, etc.
